Information you choose to send

Our contact form is hosted by Zoho Forms. When you submit it, Zoho processes and stores the name, company, email address, service selection and project description you provide on behalf of Cloud7 Consulting Inc. The submission is available to Cloud7 in Zoho Forms and a notification is sent to our team by email. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. See Zoho’s Privacy Policy for its handling of information.

When you send an email to info@cloud7consulting.com, Cloud7 and the email services involved process that correspondence to respond, discuss your project and maintain relevant business records. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, financial account information, sensitive personal data or confidential network configurations through this initial inquiry. Arrange an appropriate secure channel for sensitive project material.

Technical requests and hosting logs

When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include IP addresses, request times, requested paths, browser information and security events. Hosting-level logging and retention depend on the hosting configuration. Contact-form submissions are handled by Zoho Forms; technical requests to the embedded form are also processed by Zoho.

Vendor images

Most website images are served locally. Five vendor logos are requested as images from icons.fortinet.com, www.paloaltonetworks.com, cdn.worldvectorlogo.com and www.nutanix.com. Those providers receive technical information associated with image requests, including an IP address. This site sets a no-referrer policy. These are image resources, not third-party advertising or analytics scripts.

Website live chat

When you click the chat icon, we load Zoho SalesIQ to connect you with Cloud7. Zoho processes your messages, any contact details you provide, and technical information such as IP address, browser and page context to operate the service. SalesIQ may use cookies and similar technologies for chat sessions, security, conversation continuity and visitor information. Chat correspondence is available to authorized Cloud7 operators, including through the SalesIQ mobile app. We use it to respond to inquiries and discuss our services. Please do not send passwords, payment details or confidential network configurations in chat. See SalesIQ’s Cookie Policy and Zoho’s Privacy Policy for provider practices. You can contact us by email without opening chat.

Cookies and analytics

Our website does not include advertising trackers, embedded maps or calendar-booking widgets. The embedded Zoho form and the live chat loaded after you click the chat icon may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the form and protect it against abuse. Zoho, browser and email software, and hosting security services have their own processing practices.

Use, access and retention

Inquiry correspondence is used to respond to requests and manage business discussions. Relevant service providers may process it to provide email, hosting or security services. Business correspondence is retained according to ongoing business needs and applicable recordkeeping requirements; hosting logs are subject to the host's settings. Contact us with a question or request about information you have provided, without including additional sensitive material.
